1. Daily  inspection

During daily inspection, it is necessary to check the outside of the generator, whether the battery has electrolyte leakage, whether the water of the radiator is sufficient, check the voltage of the generator battery and the temperature of the cylinder sleeve water.In addition, it is also necessary to check whether the cylinder sleeve water heater, battery heater and dehumidifier heater maintain normal operation.

2.Monthly  inspection

Monthly inspection requires switch between the generator and municipal power, and the generator start-up and load test requires in-depth inspection.

3. Quarterly  inspection

During the quarterly inspection, the generator must be under a 70% load to operate for one hour to burn out the mixture of diesel and oil in the cylinder.

4.Annual inspection

Annual inspection is an important part of the maintenance cycle of standby diesel generators.
